Land Rover Freelander 1 turn signal protector
Print Profile(1)

Description
Land Rover Freelander 1 turn signal protector.
The goal was to make additional printable accessories to my Freelander.
The turn signals have to be reachable when a bulb change is needed, so I made this solution.
Mine was printed using black Bambulab PETG-CF.
The print alignment requires many supports to make it very strong and also reveal the top textures nicely if you use the 3mf.
This results in some cleaning after printing, but takes only 1-2 minutes.
Make sure the cutouts for magnets are cleaned out perfectly from support material to make them sit flush.
Materials and instrucions:
- 8 pieces of 6mmX1.5mm magnets (6x2mm can be good as well)
- Your choice of glue to hold magnets forever in every conditions (I used medium thick CA glue + activator)
- Any kind of two sided thin automotive tape to install them (I used the red waterproof Benyida double sided tape from Temu)
The protector has been tested while normal driving up to 110 km/h and hunting, but please give me reviews if you use them during high speed driving or in dense foliage.
