Description
I made spikes with integrated hubcaps for my Parkside robotic lawnmower to give it more traction and a new "rim design"
The rim star also acts as a centering guide, and the spikes are simply screwed directly into the tires with 5 wood screws 3.5x30mm
The rim star is essentially modular, in case someone wants to create a different design
The outer dimension of the rim star is 143.9mm and 5mm in height. The offset edge is 139.9mm, and there is a 15x4mm internal recess for the axle. Overall, the star is 10mm high
