🚁 RC-Helicopter Rotor Blade – 3D Printable Replacement Part
This rotor blade can be used as a replacement for small RC helicopters.
The shape is not 100% identical to the original, but flight performance is at least comparable.
Printing Instructions:
- Print in spiral vase mode
- Print vertically (standing upright)
- A brim is included in the provided profile to improve stability during printing
Dimensions (approx.):
82 mm × 19.4 mm
Recommended Material:
PETG is recommended due to its flexibility and better resistance to outdoor conditions (e.g. heat from sunlight).
Post-processing:
After printing, a hole must be drilled to match the mounting hole of your rotor hub.
Note:
Including the hole directly in the model will cause issues when printing in spiral vase mode.
