Description
Organic, natural-looking rock formation designed for terrariums, vivariums and bioactive habitats. This model mimics layered stone and erosion, creating a realistic hiding and climbing structure for reptiles, amphibians, and insects. Perfect as a centrepiece or functional shelter — it combines aesthetics with usability.
You can resize the model to your own preferences.
If intended for aquarium use, it must be printed with at least 75% infill to reduce buoyancy. The exact infill % required may vary depending on the material used (e.g., PLA, PETG, ABS). Optionally, to keep the model submerged, you can attach external weight (e.g., glue a stone to the base), secure it to the aquarium with adhesive, or create a small hole to allow water in and eliminate trapped air.
Used print options:
- 0.16mm layer height
- 2 walls
- 10% Adaptive Cubic infill
- Special Tree Support setting for 0.16mm layer height to give flawless supports (only on the build plate disabled)
