Description
Hello friends of fine 3D printing!!!
Today again, so to speak as a pre-Easter gimmick, an idea for a really good DIY gift for the cordless Metabo for the holidays.
Only available here, not elsewhere.
Preferably suitable for the cordless drill METABO BS 18 LT Quick
Reason
Wanted to make a large hole (drill bit see pictures) in a barrel and with this new handle, I could now start much more smoothly and precisely and thus drill exactly vertically. That was not so easy before.
Now there is finally an end to inaccurate, crooked, and uncomfortable cordless drill guidance when drilling and screwing with the Metabo and a large and heavy 4 Ah battery.
Features
Adjustable handle in 60-degree steps
Usable by both right and left-handers,
any angular position possible due to rotating turret mounting of the handle in the steps of the Metabo torque ring, additional adjustment available, depending on the position of the torque ring.
With clamp stop for the handle, no over-tightening or breaking off of the handle is possible anymore.
Operation
Simply attach it to the front, rotate it to an ergonomic position, hand-tighten until the noticeable stop on the rotary grip
Start working!
Print with multiple wall thicknesses - 6 layers are recommended here, see 3mf,, Standard is not sufficient here, 0.2 mm layer height ok, Standard infill ok, PLA Tough + recommended
PLA is too brittle for screw-in threads
Supports for handle threads required, Reason: Handle must be printed lying down or at an angle.
Have fun printing and using.
Please don't forget me with a BOOST!
