Description
Dividers for mini Home Depot Tough Totes
Needed a way to segregate items in the storage totes that I found at Home Depot, after looking I could not find anything that meet my needs for storing inventory.
I designed these to fit all the way to the bottom of the tote. I don't want the thin items to be able to shift between the dividers.
I have three versions one with large hex openings to minimize the amount to material used, I smaller hex version to prevent some of the smaller items from being able to migrate between the hole and a solid version to fight the problems the other two did not fix. I used 0.28mm layer heights on all with the only thing modified being I added brim ears to minimize potential for warping as I use a cool plate. I also just used PLA as I don't have any need for other material since these are being used in a climate controlled area.
