Reinforcement ribs are drawn inside the casing, which can block heat transfer between the motor and the casing; the overall fit is seamless. The motor is secured with 3mm hex screws, which are very easy to find. The control board is fixed using a sliding slot. Internal wiring uses 20AWG silicone wire. Remove the control board terminals and directly solder the wires, then place the whole assembly in. The rear cover secures the control board screws for a tight, stable, and reliable fit. The rear cover and body are secured with snap fasteners. After debugging, 9100 glue can be used for auxiliary fixation to prevent the base from being pulled out along with the DC connector. Currently, after two weeks of use, it is stable and reliable. Variable speed grinding and drilling are precise.
