This is a heavy-duty, field-tested replacement part designed to sit perfectly between the tightening screw and the internal tube. Engineered to fit standard ~35mm tubes, it provides a massive friction area, ensuring your stand stays locked in place under heavy weight.
Originally designed to rescue a dartboard stand, it works flawlessly for every professional speaker, lighting, and microphone tripods using this design.

I've included two variations to ensure maximum compatibility with your specific screws:
- 🎯 WITH HOLE: Features a precise indentation (8mm width and depth) for the tightening screw to seat into securely (prevents wobbling).
- 🧱 SOLID (NO HOLE): A completely flat back, perfect for universal or flat-tipped screw types.
💡 PRO-TIP FOR EXTREME LOADS: If your stand is holding something exceptionally heavy, stick a thin piece of rubber, silicone pad or grip tape to the curved face of the printed block. This guarantees maximum friction against the smooth metal tube!

- Material: Any standard filament works perfectly fine.
- Infill: The 'with hole' variant features 100% infill at the screw point, while the solid variant has 100% infill in the middle section for maximum rigidity.
- Supports: None! Print it right on the plate.
