Description

The Viomi A9 cordless vacuum is an excellent machine, but it has a common weak point: the central plastic drive socket in the roller brush wears out, cracks, or strips, causing the brush to stop spinning. A replacement roller assembly is often expensive and hard to find.

This custom-designed 3D printable part is a carrier meant to restore that connection, saving you from a costly replacement.

How it Works

This is not a stand-alone replacement part. It is a carrier to reuse the original metal bushing.

The small metal (brass) bushing that sits within the broken original plastic socket is essential for the drive shaft to connect properly and handle high torque. You do not need to buy any new metal parts. You must extract the metal bushing from your original, broken piece and press-fit it into this new 3D printed carrier. This part provides a new, strong connection between the original bushing and the roller brush head.

You are not buying a new bushing. You are creating a new, strong "house" for your existing one.
