Serpentine Elegance – Bust with Snake
This model combines artistic aesthetics with a flowing, organic form. The sculpture of a woman, entwined by a detailed snake, is a true eye-catcher for any shelf or desk. The design has been optimized to perfectly highlight the delicate facial features and the snake's scale texture.
Print Settings & Recommendations
I have extensively tested the model to find the ideal balance between print time and quality:
• Layer Height: 0.2 mm (offers an excellent surface finish with efficient print time).
• Infill: * 5% Lightning (Lightning): Completely sufficient if the model is intended purely as a decorative piece. It saves a lot of material and time.
• Alternative: If you prefer a heavier, more stable feel, you should switch to 5% Gyroid or higher.
• Support (Important): * I manually adjusted the Tree Supports.
• They are extremely easy to remove without residue ("super easy").
• The contact surfaces have been optimized so that the underside of the model retains a clean surface despite supports.
Tips for Success
Thanks to the optimized supports, post-processing is a breeze. Simply peel them off carefully, and the sculpture is ready for display!
