once the files are printed, before coupling the pieces, wrap cotton, sound-absorbing material, or similar on the perforated part  , if you don't want to glue the pieces, put electrical tape (as I did) to be able to inspect the inside . it doesn't need clamps , at the moment of insertion, be careful because being precise it will create some friction but if you want you can use some WD-40 or similar, the sound is drastically reduced if we are talking about full power. as for the slicing parameters using PLA or PETG, I left the originals both on ENDER 3 with Sonic Pad and on  AnkerMake M5C with good results in terms of both quality and print times.
