Description

  MGN9 Linear Rail Carriage Helper Tool (fits on top of 2020 extrusions)

 Ever tried sliding an MGN9 carriage back onto a linear rail, only to have the tiny ball bearings spill out everywhere?

 This simple, highly effective helper tool is designed to perfectly align your MGN9, MGN9H, or MGN9C carriage with the linear rail. It ensures a
 smooth, seamless transfer from the plastic placeholder rail (or straight from your hands) onto the actual metal rail, completely preventing the
 loss of bearings.

 A must-have utility for anyone building a Voron, RatRig, or doing routine maintenance on their 3D printer or CNC machine!

 Compatibility:
  * MGN9
  * MGN9H
  * MGN9C

 Print Instructions:
  * Orientation: Print upright (vertically) as provided.
  * Supports: No supports needed!
  * Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS/ASA all work perfectly.
  * Layer Height: 0.2mm is recommended for a good balance of speed and dimensional accuracy.

How to Use:
  1. Place the helper tool against the flat end of your metal linear rail.
  2. Slide the carriage onto the tool.
  3. Keep the tool pressed firmly against the metal rail, and smoothly slide the carriage across the gap and onto the rail.

 If this tool saves your bearings (and your sanity), please consider hitting the Boost button!
