Mammotion Side Wheel protections LUBA2 AWD

Side protection for the Luba 2x AWD (pictured: Luba2 3000x). This protection prevents thin rods or chair legs from getting caught between the front bumper and the front axle.

The protection is printed with white ASA and designed so that neither screws nor adhesive are required, but rather the protection is held in place by tight tolerances. Sufficient clearance has been factored in to ensure the functionality of the front bumper is not compromised.

Optionally, I recomand to add 2 M4x16 screws and 2 matching nuts if you prefer a mechanical fixation. This model is only compatible with 2025 Luba 2x AWD OLD GEN VERSIONS that have the thin side guards, so make sure to carefully check the compatibility of your mower before printing.

I personally printed the parts in ASA for improved UV and weather resistance, but PETG should also be a good material choice, even though I have not tested it myself. The attached image from Bambu Studio shows the model on the build plate, and I also provide a .3mf file with preconfigured print settings for easier setup.

The print profile includes the side protection for both the left and right sides in one job.
