TPU feed assist mounting frame for H2x

The mounting frame of the TPU Assist Module for the H2 printer series was not suitable for me because I wanted to continue using the external spool holder and the "Side Holder for the 4-1 Adapter new". The designed mounting frame is placed on the spool holder and fixed to the printer with only one screw. The TPU can now be fed either via an AMS-HT or the external spool holder.

March 30, 2026: PTFE guide added on the input side

April 2, 2026: Minor improvements for better stability and fit on the external spool holder.

April 4, 2026: Reinforced cable guide and optional PTFE tube guide for the back as well as threading aid added.

April 10, 2026: Mounting option for "TPU" nozzles added and mounts for inductive H2C nozzles. Existing holders can be retrofitted with the holders by drilling two 2.5mm holes. M3x5 screws from the conversion kit (H2D/H2C) were used for fastening. The screws must be magnetic!

The custom-designed mounting frame attaches to the spool holder and is secured to the printer with a single screw. The TPU can now be fed either via an AMS-HT or the external spool holder.
