Description

Stop guessing which pellet head size your barrel prefers. This Pellet Multi-Sizer allows you to accurately gauge and resize your pellets in increments of 0.01mm, ensuring maximum consistency and tighter groups at the range.

Unlike static STLs, this design features a tapered lead-in cone that gently compresses the pellet head to your target diameter without damaging the skirt, followed by an exit relief for easy removal.

🛠️ Key Features

  • 5-in-1 Block: Test five different sizes in one solid, bench-stable tool.
  • Precision Geometry: Includes a 3-degree lead-in taper and a calibrated sizing throat.
  • Clear Labeling: Embossed size markings on the front face for easy identification.
  • Parametric Design: While the provided profile is for .177 (4.50mm–4.54mm), you can easily adapt the OpenSCAD code for .22, .25, or .30 calibers.

💡 Pro Tips for Best Results

  1. Calibration: Every printer has a different "shrinkage" factor. Print one test block, measure the holes with digital calipers, and adjust your Hole X-Y Compensation in Bambu Studio if the fit is too tight.
  2. Lubrication: A tiny drop of Silicone Oil or a wipe of Dry PTFE Lube inside the sizing holes will make the process much smoother and prevent lead buildup.
  3. The "Push": Use a flat-faced punch or a dedicated pellet seater to push the pellets through. Ensure you are pushing perfectly vertical to avoid skewing the head.
