Monitor Buddies Rail System | Starter Kit

⚠️ IMPORTANT — BEFORE FIRST USE

Very lightly file or sand the nipple bumps of the rails (1–2 gentle strokes only).
Insert the starter pedestal and slide in/out 5–10 times to bed the fit. May require some reasonable force to start with depending on printer, filament and calibration variations. If it gets stuck use the side of a bench to push out the starter pedestal.
Stop when movement is firm with a clean click.

A modular rail system started kit specifically designed for the construction series Monitor Buddies, a collectible set of 10 figurines that slide, lock, and display cleanly across your monitor.

🔧 HOW IT WORKS

FDM printing has natural tolerances, so this system is designed to:

• Start tight
• Bed in through use
• Settle into a perfect snug fit

The included starter pedestal prepares the rail for smooth, repeatable performance. Without this the system wears into a loose fit.
