Here’s my version of a practical utility knife.

 

Compact, ergonomic design with a ratcheting mechanism for precise blade adjustment. 

Robust construction, easy assembly for 18 mm and 25mm snap-off blades

 

 

 

Print settings:
3–4 perimeters (walls)
25% infill for added strength

Hi, I didn’t run into any problems with PETG during my tests, but I haven’t tried PLA. Just to be safe, I’ve updated the print profile for the 18 mm version. Best regards
