Description
Custom router table insert plate and adjustable fence designed for the DeWalt DCW600 trim router. Compatibility with other DCW6xx models is likely but unverified - that's exactly why a test plate is included.
The set converts your trim router into a compact router table with secure mounting, adjustable edge guidance, and integrated dust extraction.

What's included
- Router insert plate – 20 mm hole
- Router insert plate – 35 mm hole
- Adjustable fence
- Extended fence (20 mm longer, wider adjustment range for larger workpieces)
- Test plate – prints in 2 layers (~5g of filament), lets you verify mounting hole compatibility before committing to the full print

⚠️ Bed Adhesion is Critical
These parts have large flat surfaces - warping will ruin the print. Before you start:
- Clean the bed
- Level properly
- Dial in first layer adhesion
PETG recommended if you need extra durability.
Additional details
- Insert Plate: 200 × 160 × 8 mm — available with 20 mm or 35 mm center hole
- Dust Port: 35 mm inner diameter, compatible with most small shop-vac adapters
- Fence attaches using two M6 nuts and two M6x30mm+ screw
