Description

Breaking 20yr tools is a bad day in the shed….
Not if you have a 3D printer!

This is a reproduction handle to suit users that have some old SuperCheap Auto red handle metal files on hand.

The tapered end will fit a file,

48mm L x 8mm W x 4mm D

At the file shoulder,

19mm W x 4mm D

YOU MAY WNT TO HEAT THE METAL UP TO HELP MOULD THE FILE INTO THE HANDLE

Printed with Slic3d PETG from Jaycar and using a modified print profile of .16 layer height, 7 outer wall, 6 top/bottom layers. This should be a strong print to use.
Hey, If it breaks……JUST PRINT ONTHER ON! LOL

Please feel free to adapt for your own files if it doesn't quit fit.

Cheers
