- Structural Integrity: Optimized for 4 walls to ensure the core can handle high torque without snapping.
- Multi-Size System: Includes various sizes to accommodate different screw diameters and wall thicknesses.
š ļø Recommended Print Settings
To achieve the promised stability, these settings are highly recommended:
- Wall Loops: Minimum 4 (Crucial for torsional rigidity!)
- Infill: 40-60% (Gyroid or Grid recommended)
- Material: PETG, ASA, or Nylon (Avoid PLA for long-term heavy loads due to material "creep" over time).
- Layer Height: 0.16mm - 0.2mm for precise thread engagement.
