All parts do not require AMS multi-color printing I thought of many ways to solve the awning and it also does not require AMS multi-color printing

The overall building features a dark brown wooden texture with white creating a substantial feel The left and right sides are asymmetrical The right side of the building has a gray elevator + wooden fence + white awning The left side of the building has a wooden door + wooden high chair
The house can accommodate wireless small light bulbs available online
There are many decorative items all are small parts small parts generally do not require installation decorative items can generally be placed freely as embellishments no fixed positions feel free to arrange them Refer to the image below for other component installations
