The TQ3D Dual Ratchet Bit Driver is a heavy-duty, ultra-fast 3D printable tool. Designed for quick, everyday repairs, it combines extreme durability with a clever mechanical design. Best of all? It’s a Print-in-Place model that requires Zero Supports and finishes in just 50 minutes!

Key Features

  • Dual-End Efficiency: One end is a dedicated Clockwise (CW) ratchet, and the other is a Counter-Clockwise (CCW) ratchet. Just flip the tool to switch directions instantly.
  • Direct Drive Base: The bottom features a standard non-ratcheting hex socket for high-torque tasks where you need maximum manual force.
  • Built for Strength: While perfect for quick fixes, the internal mechanism is engineered to be surprisingly tough and reliable.
  • Print-in-Place & Support-Free: No assembly required! It prints as one functional unit with no supports needed.
  • Speedy Print: Optimized for efficiency – total print time is only around 50 minutes.

Special Note: First Use

I have included a special wrench model in the files. Since the tolerances are tight for maximum durability, the ratchet might feel stiff immediately after printing. Use the included wrench to give it the first few turns to "break in" the mechanism. After that, it will work smoothly!
