This is a futuristic wearable helmet designed with a clean, minimal aesthetic. The base concept was generated using AI and then fully refined, rebuilt, and adjusted.
A test ring taken directly from the model has been printed and fit-tested. At this scale it fits comfortably for my head size, so that can be used as a starting point. Depending on your head shape and preference, scaling by a few percent up or down may be necessary. The full helmet has not yet been printed at full scale, so factors like weight, airflow, and long-term comfort may vary.
For printing, standard PLA, PLA+, or PETG will work well. Supports will be needed around the visor and any internal overhangs, and the model can be split into parts if your printer volume is limited. Basic post-processing like sanding and painting will significantly improve the final result, and adding padding on the inside can help with comfort if you plan to wear it.
This is intended as a cosplay or display piece, not protective equipment. If you end up printing it, feel free to share your results or any modifications.
