Description
Magnetic painter's covers for e.g. switches and sockets (e.g. for JUNG, Gira or similar).
The painter's covers enable clean and faster work when painting, without time-consuming masking of switches and sockets etc. They have been positively tested in practice by a master painter
The covers are designed for flexible material (TPU). The flexibility allows for improved cleaning of paint residues compared to a rigid material.
The magnetic adhesion of the cover is ensured by 4 strong neodymium magnets (type N48 or higher - I recommend N52) on the mounting ring of the switch or socket (does not work with non-magnetic materials such as aluminum etc.)
There are 2 versions of print profiles for different magnet sizes (H=6mm x D=6mm / H=6mm x D=8mm).
When purchasing my magnets, I noticed that they can have small diameter tolerances. Although the magnet holes are designed to be tight, it can happen during use that magnets with a negative diameter tolerance are pulled out when the cover is removed.
!!! Therefore, I recommend a drop of superglue in each magnet hole !!
