Boost Me (for free)

Hi there! If this model is useful to you, consider boosting me!

I recently got a Canon LTM 50 1.8 for my Canon P and remembered that I had made the MUP to LTM mount. So I stayed up late making some L39/M39/LTM - whatever you want to call this mount - stuff. First is a L39 to Fuji Adapter - this post - second and third are front and rear caps which I plan on posting soon.

I haven't fully tested this adapter, but it appears infinity and close focus are pretty much spot on for me. I will look into this further and confirm.

When mounting your vintage glass to this adapter, I would highly recommend first spinning the lens counter clockwise while maintaining pressure against the mount, spin counter clockwise until you feel the lens fall into the grooves of the threads correctly, and that point spin the lens clockwise. This will ensure you do not cross thread the threads in the mount.

I would also recommend mounting the lens to the adapter OFF CAMERA. There is a chance of cross threading with plastic/metal it would be a shame to get plastic onto your sensor and have to clean it. This is why it is important to mount the lens with care on this mount.
