Bring a touch of Middle-earth to your creative projects with this Aniron-style alphabet stencil set!
This release includes both uppercase and lowercase stencils, designed in a fantasy style inspired by classic Tolkien aesthetics. All letters are scaled proportionally to the original font, with uppercase letters at approximately 30 mm height and matching lowercase letters for a balanced, consistent look.
👉 The lowercase letters are approximately 21 mm high, ensuring they align nicely with the uppercase set.
Each stencil features a precise alignment notch (based on my earlier Thunderdome stencil), making it easy to keep your lettering perfectly straight along any guideline.
To complete the design, a custom wizard silhouette has been added in the corner — perfect for adding that extra touch of fantasy to your creations 🧙♂️
🛡️ Built for clean results and durability, the stencil uses 3 perimeter walls with the 0.2 mm Standard profile and Arachne wall generation. This ensures sharp letter edges, strong bridges, and a sturdy structure suitable for repeated use.
👉 Due to the size and proportions of the uppercase letters, arranging them efficiently on the stencil at this scale was a bit challenging.
👉 The lowercase stencil, however, fits comfortably on smaller print beds and can be printed on the Bambu Lab A1 Mini. It can also be used as a base for scaling if you want to adjust letter size for your own projects.
👉 Keep in mind: when scaling down, the stencil bridges (currently ~2 mm thick) will become weaker. If you reduce the size, it is recommended to increase thickness or adjust print settings to maintain strength.
