Rhinoceros H-003 Long-range Air Defense Missile Launcher Vehicle

Rhinoceros H-003 is a long-range area air defense missile launcher vehicle developed based on the Mammoth 8×8 Heavy Military Universal Platform. It is the third member of the Mammoth heavy truck family, positioned for field accompanying air defense, critical area air defense, and long-range anti-fighter / anti-cruise missile operations.

Inheriting the core advantages of the Mammoth series, including super off-road capability, high load capacity, and high reliability, its 8×8 all-wheel drive enables rapid maneuverability and deployment in complex battlefield environments such as deserts, mountains, hills, and muddy terrain, achieving hit-and-run tactical survivability.

The rear of the vehicle is equipped with a modular long-range air defense missile launch system, which can be fitted with missile modules of different ranges and interception targets depending on the mission, featuring:

• Multi-target tracking and interception capability
• All-weather, all-day operational capability
• Rapid erection, rapid firing, and rapid withdrawal
• Seamless linkage with the battlefield command system, forming an area air defense network

The cab and critical electronic equipment both adopt a reinforced protection design, capable of withstanding attacks from small arms and shell fragments, ensuring the completion of air defense missions in high-threat frontline environments.
