- **Tray Design with Flanges** — Device is inserted from above, mounting flanges with 3 screws each are screwed to the underside of the table

**Print Orientation:** Print flat on the base plate. The flanges and gussets point upwards. The hexagonal grille prints cleanly without supports, as one flat side is parallel to the print bed
## Assembly
1. Prepare 6× M4 wood screws (approx 12–16 mm, not included)
2. Hold the mount with the flanges against the underside of the table, mark the holes
3. Pre-drill (3 mm) and screw in — screw heads countersink flush with the underside
4. Insert the UltraStudio 4K Mini from above — Retention Lips hold it in position
## Design Optimizations
This design has been optimized over several iterations for minimal material usage with maximum stability:
- Cross-braced base plate with 4 transverse and 1 longitudinal rib instead of a solid plate (saves ~50% base material)
- Reduced wall thicknesses (3.5 mm) with 45° fillets at the transition to the base plate
- Hexagonal instead of round ventilation holes for better printability
- Compact 17 mm flanges suitable for Bambu Lab P1S build volume
