Description

Hey, similar story to my Weber 48 IDA - Air Corrector listing. This is a main fuel jet made for a Weber 48 IDA carburetor. The model measurements are within spec but you'll very likely need to make some scaling adjustments to account for shrinkage. You'll want a snug fit with the emulsion tube otherwise the part may be liable slip off in the passage way.

These should be printed in nylon or any other fuel safe filament. The model itself comes with a 1mm hole which is the lower limit of what you can purchase off the shelf. It is expected to chase the hole with a drill bit. I used an indexing drill bit set but metric sets are out there too.

By the way, the print profile prints four main fuel jets. You'll need at least two I figure might as well print a couple more. The purge poop will probably waste more filament than you use to print them.

Note: you'll most likely need to mess around with scaling. Scaling Factor % = ( Target Dimension / Measured Dimension ) * 100

Have fun and happy tuning!

P.S. YMMV, while I'll probably just leave my mains nylon. I'm not going to recommend it. Probably replace with brass ones when you can.
