Description

After researching the BTT EBB36 brackets for the EVA 3.0 cart, I decided to make my own. I use an ORBITER 2.5 extruder. A bracket was made for this extruder. The requirement was that it should be as low and solid as possible. It should create a partition between the hot motor and the BTT EBB36. I also thought about using the original cable guide, because it is great and I didn't like some of the other designs. Maybe it could be used for the enclosure. In that case, I would still recommend a fan. But that would require some testing.

I have a smaller frame and therefore I have to use one 5015 fan fitted to the back of the EVA 3.0 upright. This bracket is in case someone wants to use it in the link below. They should use all the original fan brackets. You may need to remove the fan bracket to insert and remove them due to the smaller space at the connectors.

The bracket is adapted for BTT EBB36 v1.2.1. I am not sure about the compatibility with other versions of BTT EBB36. I think that the modifications would not be a problem and the layout of the components, mainly from the bottom of the BTT EBB36, will be similar.

If you will not use CANBUS, but will use USB-C, then choose a curved USB-C connector for a more pleasant design. Errors often occur when crimping the CAN connector for EBB and it is necessary to pay attention to this crimping for safety reasons.

Since there is no longer a need to use the acceleration module in the front of the cage, I also redesigned both cages for hotend holders. I also slightly modified the front mask for the neopixel LED 5050, for a more pleasant design.

Please give a HEART for the download! We like to collect them. ;-)
