Description
This parametric PTFE Tube Cutting Jig is designed to give you perfectly square, repeatable cuts on Bowden/PTFE tubing. Clean cuts matter — especially for printers that rely on tight tolerances inside the hotend or extruder. A crooked cut can cause clogs, gaps, or inconsistent extrusion. This jig fixes that.
Built in OpenSCAD, the model is fully customizable: tube diameter, blade thickness, jig length, wall thickness, and optional viewing window are all adjustable. The default settings are tuned for 4mm PTFE and a 0.65mm utility blade, but you can adapt it to any hose or blade you want.

How to Use
- Insert your PTFE tube through the channel.
- Align your cut mark with the viewing window (if enabled).
- Slide a utility or X‑Acto blade through the slot.
- Press straight down for a clean, square cut.
