Description
This is a custom clip-on mount designed to install an additional LED light inside the Citroën Ami interior.
The mount holds the LED light horizontally and clips directly onto the upper rear metal bars inside the cabin, allowing quick installation without screws, glue, or permanent modifications to the vehicle.
The model is compact, strong and easy to print, designed specifically for automotive use and vibration resistance.
This simple upgrade greatly improves interior visibility at night and makes the Ami much more practical to use in low light conditions.

Installation
The mount is designed to clip directly onto the upper rear metal bars inside the Citroën Ami cabin.
Installation steps:
- Insert the LED light into the mount
- Position the mount on the upper rear metal bar
- Press until the clip locks onto the metal bar
- Connect the LED light to power
No screws required.

I printed this part using PETG with the following settings:
Material: PETG
Layer height: 0.2 mm
Infill: 25%
Walls/Perimeters: 3
Top/Bottom layers: 4
Supports: Not required
Brim: Recommended
Nozzle: 0.4 mm
Print speed: 50 mm/s
PETG is recommended because:
- Heat resistant
- Stronger than PLA
- Slight flexibility for the clip
- Good for automotive interiors
- Does not deform easily in summer temperatures
