Description (German)
Terminal Protection Caps for Pylontech US Series (US2000 / US3000 / US3000C / US5000)
I designed these protection caps to reliably cover the battery terminals of Pylontech modules while allowing clear color assignment for positive and negative terminals.
The caps fit snugly but can be removed at any time without tools.
The set consists of two caps:
- red cap with black positive marking
- black cap with red negative marking
This allows the poles to be quickly and clearly identified even in poor lighting or confined installations.
The caps are simply pushed on and held securely in any position by integrated snap features – even upside down.
Compatibility
Suitable for the following models:
- Pylontech US2000
- Pylontech US3000
- Pylontech US3000C
- Pylontech US5000
The model was tested on a US3000C module.
Features
- secure covering of battery terminals
- protection against unintentional contact and short circuit
- easy assembly without tools
- firm fit due to snap-on tabs
- removable at any time
- color coding for quick pole identification
- no supports required
- very easy to print
