Description

Hello friends,

if you don’t have a rotary engraving attachment or if larger parts don’t fit into your chuck, this jig is just what you need. All parts feature a calibration groove. Thanks to this groove, it’s very easy to find the center of a tube or other cylinder you want to engrave.

 

Instructions:

Draw a straight line in the center of the coordinate system

Turn on Framing

Align the center groove on the base with the projected line

Tighten the screws on the base

Voilà, you have the exact center and ensured coaxiality.

 

Note:

The line must be in the center of the coordinate system for calibration. Otherwise, changing the focus would cause the projection to shift.

 

Designed for bases with a 25 mm screw hole spacing

 

Required accessories:

8 pieces M5x20 mm screws
