Description

like most people that 2003 kx125 i was working on was needing a intake boot, it was discontinued and impossible to find, so i made a PETG adapter in order to use a 2003-2005 intake.  it is 22mm thick, carburetor angle isn't perfect on the air box side since adapter is straight but it has enough flex to reach the carburetor without any issues!   once printed i sanded both faces on a glass with 600 grit sandpaper to make sure it's 100% flat, sealed both sides using permatex motoseal

Sorry i only speak french or english, i assume you want to know if it supports temperature; petg supports up to 100 degrees c and is compatible with gasoline and oil. There's better materials but i only have a a1 printer so i don't have any other options unfortunately
