Recommended Print Settings for Maximum Strength: Since this is a functional tool that will be under clamping pressure, you want it to be rigid.

• Material: PETG, ABS, or a tough PLA (PLA+ / PLA Pro). Standard PLA works for light duty.
• Walls/Perimeters: 4 to 6 walls. (More walls = a stiffer jig).

• Infill: 15% - 25% Gyroid or Honeycomb.

   

How to Use: Place the square in the inside or outside corner of the two pieces you are joining. Use standard F-clamps, C-clamps, or spring clamps through the provided holes or along the outer edges to lock the pieces tightly against the jig before screwing or gluing.
