Description

This is a drop-in-fit panel I designed to secure the lower portion of the BIQU Panda Breath chamber heater to the left side chamber wall on my Bambu P2S, without drilling holes and using hardware. This part requires no hardware, and slides into the OEM holes already on the left side P2S floor for the secondary ventilation unit sold aftermarket. Although this averts drilling holes in the chamber wall for keeping the bottom half in place, my process for making this heater fit did require one hole to be drilled in the wall for the top mounting screw as pictured. Once in place the Panda unit sits on top and a vertical lip holds the bottom of the unit snug to the wall. In order to make this heater sit flush on the wall and avoid contact with the Heat bed, you will have to remove the manufacturer's mounting holes that project from the inside of the wall.  You will also need to toss the screws securing the Panda's backplate, and slide the plate between the wall and unit before securing the top screw, as the he heads on the Panda's back plate screws push the heater too close the heat bed, but the plate is held in place well sandwiched between the heater unit and chamber wall once top screw is tightened. I printed the riser as in the units instructions, but chose to run the power cord up the front left frame and out the side of the riser.

I have been running my printer almost daily and have not had and contact issues.
