Compatibility

While designed for the Edition XS, this mod is compatible with other HIFIMAN models using the standard non-suspension headband, including:

• HE400se
• Deva / Deva Pro
• HE-R9 / HE-R10
• HE6se V2

Print Recommendations

• Comfort Strap: Print in TPU (85A) for the best balance of stretch and durability.
• Mounting Caps: Print in ASA, PETG, or PC for structural rigidity and heat resistance. Or go for the easy PLA and print some spares. It is a quick print!
• Supports: Minimal support required for cap internal geometries.

Installation & Assembly Guide

1. Logo Assembly:

• Print: Produce the logo inlays in your choice of material (PLA, PETG, or Silk for a metallic finish).
• Bond: Place a small drop of CA glue (super glue) in the cap recess. Press the logo inlay firmly into place and allow it to cure.

2. Strap Attachment:

• Thread the TPU suspension strap through the slots on the mounting caps.
• Ensure the "L" and "R" indicators on the strap align with the correct sides of your headphones.
