Modular Bear Holder for Kinder Surprise Egg
Model Description
This is an adorable and functional 3D Printed bear holder, designed specifically for Kinder Surprise eggs. The model is composed of multiple parts, allowing for easier printing, customization with different colors, and intuitive assembly. The hollow design of the bear's body perfectly fits a standard Kinder Surprise egg, making it ideal for gifts, decoration, or displaying your collection of Kinder toys.
The bear is modeled with a friendly style and detailed paws, ensuring a charming look that appeals to all ages. The modular nature of the design also facilitates the replacement of parts or the creation of unique color combinations.
Printing Instructions
For best results, follow these printing recommendations:
•Printing Technology: FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling)
•Material: PLA (Polylactic Acid) is recommended for its ease of printing and variety of colors. Other materials like PETG Basic can also be used.
•Layer Height: 0.2mm for a good balance between detail and print time. For finer details, 0.12mm can be used.
•Infill: 10-15% cubic or gyroid is sufficient for most parts, ensuring strength without material waste.
•Support for PLA: Generally not needed for the bear's main body if printed in the correct orientation (flat back on the base). The paws may benefit from minimal support, depending on your 3D Printer and settings.
•Brim/Raft: Not strictly necessary, but a brim can help with bed adhesion for the paws, especially if you have warping issues.
•Number of Parts: The model is divided into 3 main parts: Bear Body, Front Paws, and Rear Paws. Print each part separately.
Assembly Instructions
Assembly is simple and requires no adhesives:
1.Fit the Front Paws into the corresponding slots at the bottom of the Bear Body.
2.Fit the Rear Paws into the rear slots of the Bear Body.
3.Ensure all parts are firmly attached. The design is made for a tight fit, but slight pressure may be required.
Tips
•Try printing the paws in different colors from the body for a more fun and personalized look.
•You can scale the model slightly to fit different egg sizes, but always check the fit before the final print.
•Share your creations and color combinations in the MakerWorld community!
You don't need glue, just print and place it in the slot, and it's ready. Thank you
