The inner diameter of the ring is 19.5mm. You can scale it proportionally according to your personal ring size. For example, if your ring size is 24, calculate 24/19.5 = 123.07%; if yours is 15, calculate 15/19.5 = 76.92%, and so on.
Two print files, the 0.2mm nozzle will give you better result.
