This is a discreet, high-strength dowel rod support designed with hidden screws for a clean look.

Key Features:

• Multiple Sizes: Includes models for 19, 22, 25, 28, and 32mm rods all on a single build plate. Generate your own by changing the #diameter variable in onshape.
• Two Styles: Choose between a Closed Socket or an Open Cradle for easy rod swapping.
• Snap-Fit: The cradle opening is 95% of the diameter, allowing the rod to "click" into place so it won't accidentally pop out.
• Strength Optimized: I have included a 45° printed version with designed supports. Printing at this angle ensures the layer lines wrap around the screw holes and under the rod, preventing the "shearing" weakness found in flat-printed brackets.

Printing Recommendations:

• Material: PETG is highly recommended to prevent PLA's "creep" (deforming over time under weight).
• Strength: Use 5+ wall loops and 15% infill for the bracket.
• Supports: For the 45° version, the "support fin" can be printed with 1 wall and 0% infill to save material.
• Hardware: Designed for 3.5mm (#6) countersunk wood screws.
