<p>I used nylon for the added strength and self lubricating properties. You have to print with supports due to the over hangs and I used the nylon filament for support, this was messy and hard to remove and required some clean up with a blade to ensure it spun freely in the slot. I have not tested a PLA plastic but i would assume that it would fail at the gear teeth due to the shear forces. </p>

<p>A gear for the hockey player to spin for a bubble hockey table. I printed out of Nylon with a 0.4mm nozzle and the fit was snug but fluid.</p>
