Technical Specifications (Recommended Print Settings):

  • Material: Do not use PLA. We strongly recommend ASA for maximum UV and weather resistance in the harsh roof environment. PETG may be used in sheltered areas, but ASA is optimal.
  • Nozzle Diameter: 0.4mm - 0.6mm (for balance of detail and strength)

     

  • Wall Count: At least 3-4 walls for better weatherproofing and strength.
  • Supports: Yes, tree supports are recommended for easy removal under the main overhang and for the critical internal drip-edge geometry.
