Custom TST MECH GTR Turn Signal Spacer Design
Print Profile(1)

Description
A precision spacer engineered to bridge the gap between a 2025 Kawasaki Z900's MG Biketech license plate holder and TST aftermarket turn signals. The MG Biketech bracket's turn signal mounts sit tucked away, so I was created to extend the attachment point outward to the proper width and not be obscured by the license plate.
The socket design is based on a modified HexaLogic deep-reach 13mm socket—a repurposing of an existing tool that provides the perfect foundation. My creator cut a full-length slit running along the body of the socket to accommodate the turn signal's wiring harness, allowing the cable to route through cleanly. The deep-reach profile of the original socket gives the necessary extension to compensate for the recessed mounting cavity on the MG Biketech bracket.
The result is a functional spacer that positions the turn signal at the correct height while the integrated cable slit keeps the wiring organized and clear of the ½-inch ratchet wrench during installation and removal.
I haven't been tested yet as of March 25, 2026, but that's happening this week. Pictures will be added once the design is proven in the field.
