Self-Locking Tweezer Set with Swappable Tips

A fully 3D-printed self-locking tweezer set featuring interchangeable tip inserts — designed for hands-free holding and adaptability to different tasks and printer tolerances.

Unlike conventional tweezers, these work in reverse: squeeze to open, release to grip. This makes them ideal for holding small parts without constant hand pressure.

The set includes 3 tip styles:

• Flat tips – smooth, broad contact surface for delicate handling
• Toothed tips – ribbed grip surface for secure hold on small parts
• Pointed tips – fine precision tip for tight spots and intricate work

Two fit variants available:

• Standard Fit – for well-calibrated printers with tight tolerances
• Loose Fit – for printers with slightly wider tolerances or for easier tip swapping

The tips clip securely onto the tweezer arms and can be swapped out without tools. Print multiple tip sets and switch depending on your needs.

Great for: electronics work, SMD soldering, miniature painting, model building, lab use, or any task requiring a steady hands-free grip.

Recommended Print Settings:

• Material: PLA
• Wall count: 8 walls for maximum stiffness and spring tension
• Wall generator: Arachne recommended for sharp, clean tip geometry
• No supports needed
