Description

Honda X-ADV (2025–2026) High-Flow Velocity Stacks

This is a custom-engineered intake solution for the new generation Honda X-ADV (2025–2026). Designed to replace the restrictive factory rubber snorkels, these stacks maximize airflow and improve engine responsiveness by optimizing the Air Intake Temperature (IAT) readings.

Technical Features:

  • Increased Bore: Enlarged from the stock ~48mm to a massive 60mm, significantly reducing intake restriction.
  • Optimized IAT Placement: The stacks are angled to converge directly onto the factory IAT sensor. This ensures the ECU receives real-time, fresh air temperature data, eliminating "heat-soak" from the engine bay and providing a smoother AFR (Air-Fuel Ratio).
  • Snap-In Fit: Designed for a perfect "snap-in" installation into the original airbox holes. No permanent modifications required.
  • Printability: Optimized geometry for support-free printing.

⚠️ CRITICAL WARNING: NOISE LEVEL ⚠️

While these stacks significantly improve airflow and induction feel, they are VERY LOUD under load.

  • At wide-open throttle or during highway cruising (high load), the intake roar can become overwhelming and may drown out your exhaust.
  • Personal Note: After extensive testing, I chose to revert to the stock rubber snorkels solely due to the noise levels during long trips. Print and install only if you prioritize raw induction sound and performance over acoustic comfort.

Printing Recommendations:

  • Material: DO NOT USE PLA. The airbox is subject to engine heat and high-frequency vibrations. Use PC (Polycarbonate), ASA, or Nylon-CF. (Tested perfectly in PC on a Bambu Lab X1C).
  • Finish: For best aerodynamic results, I recommend wet-sanding the internal "bellmouth" curve with 600+ grit sandpaper to ensure smooth, laminar airflow.
  • Infill: 100% (Solid) for maximum structural integrity against intake pulses.

Installation Tip:

Ensure the IAT sensor is properly plugged in before turning on the ignition. If you trigger a "Check Engine" light by mistake, it usually clears after 3 full heat cycles (start cold, ride until hot, let cool completely) or via an OBD2 scanner.
