Keep your mission running! š”ļø This precision-engineered TPU inlay is designed specifically for the HELiX Bravo Container, turning it into the ultimate compact power station for your gear.
Whether you need juice for your flashlight, GPS, or opticsāthis organizer keeps everything rattle-free and protected.
š Capacity:
- 2x CR123A (Perfect for high-power flashlights)
- 6x AA (Standard tactical gear)
- 6x AAA (Headlamps and small tools)
- 2x CR20xx (Coin cells / Optics)
- 2x CR16xx (Small coin cells)
š ļø Why TPU?
This inlay is optimized exclusively for TPU. The slots for the coin cells (CR-series) are designed with specific tolerances that utilize the natural elasticity of TPU to "clamp" the batteries securely in place. They won't fall out, even if the container is open and upside down! šļøš
š Print Settings & Tips:
- Material: TPU (95A recommended for the perfect balance of flex and grip)
- Infill: 10-15% (Grid, Gyroid or Cross Hatch works great for a bit of extra "cushion")
- Walls: 2 perimeters are sufficient.
- No Support needed: The design is optimized for clean printing.
Note: This inlay is a snug fit for the Bravo Container to ensure it doesn't rattle during transport. š”ļøš¤
