Description
This model is a simple and sturdy set of push-up bars designed for easy assembly using wooden rods and 3D printed parts.
Components:
- 2× wooden rods (30–35 cm length, ~3 cm diameter)
- 4× printed parts
- 4× screws (10 mm length)
- Anti-slip pads (printed)
Assembly:
- Insert the wooden rods into the printed parts.
- Secure each side with screws.
- Attach the anti-slip pads to the bottom.
Printing Instructions:
- Print Plate 1 → 2× (PLA or PETG)
- Print Plate 2 → 1× (TPU recommended for anti-slip)
Recommended materials:
- PETG (preferred) or PLA
- TPU for anti-slip pads
Notes:
- Ensure a tight fit between rods and printed parts
- Use on a flat, non-slip surface
- If not using TPU pads, place the bars on a rubber mat for better grip
