Rigid Spindle Sander Dust Shroud

This model is a dust collection shroud which vastly improves the dust collection of a Rigid Spindle Sander.

Features include:

• Threaded dust port allowing interchangeability of hose sizes.
• Utilizes the existing hold down support bolt and has an optional slot pin which secures the shroud from side to side movement. (Be sure to use a screw driver to pop out the angled slot supports found near the back and bottom of base)
• Includes 4 inch and 2.5 inch adapters

Thread settings: (Fusion) * Only needed if you wish to create your own custom threaded attachments.

Additional Adjustments to allow for smoother threading and longevity:

• Added a 0.1mm decrease on both pitch angle faces of thread
• Added a 0.1mm decrease to diameter of peak/crest face of the threads
• Added a 0.15mm fillet to peak/crest face of the threads 
• Be sure to add a chamfer to the first contact point of the threaded end.
