Description

🛡️ BRAVO-MODULO: The 80mm Challenge – Beyond the Standard 🏗️🚀

This is not just a finished download. It’s an invitation to redefine your EDC organization.

Most containers force a fixed layout on you. Bravo-Modulo does the opposite: It provides specialized geometries for the compact 80mm internal diameter of the Bravo chassis—and you provide the purpose. These inlays are precise and demand a smart setup. Can you fit your essentials into this footprint?

[!WARNING] 🚀 IMPORTANT: This is NOT a "One-Click App Download". This system is designed specifically for Makers, thinkers, and the EDC community. Please read the description. It’s an invitation to challenge your creative constraints, not just an "app-ready" toy for your phone. If you just want a single-purpose container with fixed dividers, that's fine—but this modular, open-ended system might not be for you.

💬 Become a Co-Designer! 🤝

I don’t want to see empty containers. I want to see your mission setup! This is an invitation to help build the next generation of HELiX containers.

  • Most designs force a fixed layout on you. Bravo-Modulo does the opposite: It provides specialized geometries for the compact 80mm internal diameter of the Bravo chassis—and you provide the purpose. These inlays are precise and demand a smart setup. Can you fit your essentials into this footprint?
  • Your feedback and your Makes are the blueprints for my future developments. Every photo and every comment directly influences the next expansions and upcoming container series. Be an active part of the HELiX evolution! 🛡️💎

📂 Inspiration & Geometries (Your Starting Point)

To spark your creativity, I’ve included geometries I’ve personally tested. But remember: This is just the baseline.

  • The Spice-Lab (Radial): Optimized for ~16x25mm items (like 2ml glass vials). Ideal for spices, oils, or samples. 🌶️
  • The Tailor (Dual-Level): Fits 20x11mm thread spools or fine repair tools. 🧵
  • The Grid Organizer: For micro-hardware (M3/M4), fishing hooks, swivels, or watch parts. 🎣🔩
  • The Tech-Hub: For coiled cables, adapters, or Micro-SD cards. 🔌

📐 Specs & Precision

  • Chassis: Optimized for the Bravo Series (80mm ID).
  • Stacking Logic: Most inlays are designed to be stacked in two levels within the container.
  • Material Freedom: Fully optimized for PETG / PLA (maximum accessibility). TPU remains the "Pro-Upgrade" for those who want that silent, soft-touch grip.

[!CAUTION] 🚀 IMPORTANT: The 15-Minute Rule These inlays are engineered with high-precision tolerances for a perfect, rattle-free fit. Do not test the fit immediately after printing. > Freshly printed parts are still warm and slightly expanded. Let the inlay cool down for at least 15 minutes to allow the material to reach its final dimensions. If you try it while warm, it will be too tight—once cooled, it slides in perfectly! 📏⏳

⚙️ Print Recommendations

  • Walls: 2–3 loops (1.2–1.6 mm).
  • Layer Height: 0.16 mm−0.2 mm (Optimized for precision).
  • No Supports Required.
